Support an Existing Screening
Food and Country screenings are happening in theaters and communities across the United States. If you agree with the film’s mission and themes, but you do not have the time, staff, or resources to host your own screening event, we encourage you to check the calendar of existing screenings (click here or scroll to the bottom of this page) to see if one is taking place in your community.
If there is an existing screening in your community…
Reach out to the theater to begin a conversation about how your restaurant could support the screening. Some simple ideas include:
Offering a discount or a free dessert to individuals who present a paid ticket to a screening
Creating a specific Food and Country themed dinner that occurs on the same date as the screening
Hosting a designated meal that is intended for screening attendees—perhaps time it around the screening so patrons can eat and leave on time, or tables are ready when the screening lets out
Set up a pop-up restaurant at the theater on the day/evening of the screening
…or your own unique idea that works in partnership with the local screening!
